Meg is the founder of barre and body studio.
Her journey started with 18 years of dance training, followed by teaching dance, and then 13 years working as a personal trainer and women's health coach both in person and online.
Fitness and movement has always been at the centre of her life.
A personal trainer, Women's health coach, barre instructor and specialist in pre & postnatal fitness, menopause support, and nutrition. She truly believes women deserve training, support and education that evolves with them through every stage of life.
